“The scale and looming eeriness has captured my imagination a lot, since taking notice of them. It plays with the brain's perception and it is both fascinating and unsettling to see them seeming to follow you around, peeking through between buildings and looking like it's just beyond some trees, from places that they don't feel like they have any right to ;) The Big Yellows are responsible for sparking my photography special interest and getting me to move beyond point and shoot on mobile phone cameras. Once they are gone I plan to carry on with other subjects, playing with illusions and scale, and hope that my photos are of interest to others.”
